I now have a driver's license and access to a truck and trailer, so the range of houses I can service has expanded up to a 10-mile radius around River Forest.
Despite being only seventeen years old, I have eight years of experience with a string trimmer and four years of experience with edging. This experience makes me a prime option for high-quality, precise, and efficient lawn care.
Information about Pricing:
The amount I charge is determined by three factors, time I spend on the job, quality, and difficulty. Additionally, if you request a job requiring a skill I do not yet have, you will be charged less for the time it takes me to learn that skill.
Most properties in River Forest will be charged between $40 and $60 dollars for full service (Mowing, Weedeating, Edging, Blowing, Cleanup.) Properties that require only edging will (almost always) range from $5-$20 and will be leaf blown and cleaned up afterwards. Properties that require edging as well as string trimming will range from $20-$40 and will also be cleaned up afterwards. Schedules include weekly, biweekly and monthly, but can be customized if the client wishes.
I charge my clients through YardBook, a secure billing platform. Clients can choose to either have their card directly charged and recieve an email receipt or to have an invoice sent to their email where they fill out their billing information and then pay from there.
Information on Big Jobs:
If you have a tough, extensive job for me to take care of, such as clearing a large area or edging an overgrown yard, I will be charging $20-$25/hr for my service. While that may sound ridiculous, I will be personally keeping track of the time I spend at the job on my stopwatch.
You will not be charged for the following of my actions:
- Talking with my client (you or others)
- Taking a break
- Moving my tools
- Fixing my tools
- Unnecessary time wastes, being inefficient, etc.
I work $20-$25/hr for hard, efficient labor. This system ensures that you get what you paid for and that I can take breaks if I need without wasting your money.
